In-Office | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable, professional Client Services / Office Support Specialist to join our growing Mortgage Company/Insurance Agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured office environment, interacting with clients, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Position Overview
This is a customer-facing, in-office role that combines administrative responsibilities, client service support, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is prompt, organized, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and verbally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to mortgage and insurance staff
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and record maintenance
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support office operations to ensure a professional and efficient workplace
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe for daily tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information
Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior office or administrative experience required
  • Experience in client services or customer-facing roles strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe products required 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently 9 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Experience in mortgage, insurance, or financial services is a plus (but not required)
Compensation 
  • $50,000 base annual salary
  • $3,000-$10,000 annual bonus opportunities
